Escape to Camp Mirage this Summer!

We can’t believe it’s season 9 already! Over the years, we’ve learned a lot about how kids want to spend their summer vacation. They want more freedom to choose unique activities; awesome counselors who make a lasting, positive impression and a super cool place to “hang” for the summer! We think of ourselves as somewhat of a community center. Camp Mirage is a great place for kids to make friends and grow into responsible young adults. Our programs encourage children to develop self-confidence & independence. Camp Mirage is their camp. Their home away from home. Their dream summer vacation!

Parents, we know you’re thinking safety. That’s why we take every measure possible to protect your child while in our care. Security fencing, thorough check in & out, background checks, and intense counselor training assure that we’re doing our best to take care of your most important treasure!

Our day camp is built around one simple idea…the feel, excitement & camaraderie of an overnight camp in a day camp setting. What sets us apart is our staff! Our counselors love being here and it’s contagious! We start each morning with a bonfire. The kids love visiting the Canteen. Campers use the 85-ft Slip-n-Slide & 18 Ft Water Jungle daily to cool off. We celebrate the week’s end with a huge BBQ. This is the stuff summer memories are made of!

NEW THIS YEAR!

We’ve lowered our ratio yet again. We register only 10 kids per camp / per week. Once it’s sold out, it’s sold out. A lower camper / counselor ratio means more individualized attention and fun for all.

We’re offering half-day field trip camps called DayTrippers. These run in the morning AND in the afternoon. All DayTripper Camps are comparable in price to both AM camps and After-Camp. Give your kids a special treat this summer and register for one.

We’ve changed the format of our last week of Camp. This year we’re only running The Last Hurrah a.k.a squeeze in as much fun as possible camp! It’s a mix of the best Camp Mirage has to offer.

Check out our tutoring program in the afternoons. Let one of our counselors with an education major keep your child from getting rusty this summer.

Please note our new brochure layout. We’ve divided the Camps into 3 sections, Art Camps, Sport Camps & Specialty Camps (everything else!) Our Junior Camps for kids ages 4 & 5, are listed on page 9. Our Junior Grads, ages 6 & 7, are divided by gender and listed on page 10.

Out of 38 camps this year, 20 are brand new! Keep in mind, because we have so much to offer, there is limited space in each program. The sooner you register, the better!
